Service Description

If our evening schedule is not a good fit for you we also teach through Yoga Equilibre, a boutique yoga membership studio in Rapid City. These classes are not included in our Sisters Dance tribe membership, but with the smaller group sizes you can get a very customized experience. Yoga Equilibre members have 2-3 class options each day, including calming yoga as well as strength building yoga, breathwork, and our own Earth dance Wednesdays at noon and Water Dance Thursday morning at 8:30
